These terms cover use of this website. They are not a membership contract, and they do not start a coaching appointment.
The site you are using
HTX FightCamp LLC, operating as HTX FightCamp, publishes information about boxing fitness and personal training for Tampa, Florida. The contact address on this website is 1814 N 15th Street, Tampa, FL 33605. The site accepts inquiries through a form. Training descriptions explain formats you can ask about. They are not a promise that a session is on a calendar at that address.
An inquiry is not a booking
Sending the contact form stores a question when the server says it did. It does not reserve a coach, a mat, a bag, or a time. It does not create a membership. It does not charge you, and this site has no refund policy for class fees because it does not sell classes. Any price, place, or schedule counts only if it is confirmed later, directly, by a person who can actually provide it. The steps are described on how inquiries work.
If email delivery is not configured, a stored inquiry may sit in a private file without an automatic reply. Absence of a reply means you are not enrolled. Do not travel anywhere based only on submitting the form.
How to use the site
Use the pages for information and for genuine training questions. Do not attempt to break the form, probe private directories, send malware, or submit someone else's personal information. Do not present the site as if it had confirmed a session that it has not confirmed. The operator may ignore inquiries that are abusive or unrelated to training.
Physical training
Boxing and conditioning involve impact, fatigue, and the chance of injury. Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a promise of fitness, weight change, or competitive success. You are responsible for deciding whether to train and for following any limit a clinician has already given you. A future in-person session, if one is separately agreed, would have its own conversation about safety. These web pages do not replace that conversation.
Photos, text, and marks
The words on the site were written for HTX FightCamp. You may not copy them onto another commercial site and present them as your own. Photographs are stock images used under the Pexels License or the Unsplash License. They are not photos of 1814 N 15th Street or of the named staff. Trademarks that appear incidentally on equipment in those photos belong to their owners. HTX FightCamp is not affiliated with those brands. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Details are kept with the font files.
Liability
The site is an informational inquiry channel for HTX FightCamp LLC. To the extent applicable law allows a limit, HTX FightCamp is not liable for decisions you make solely from reading the pages, for a follow-up that never arrives, or for interruptions in hosting. This sentence does not try to limit liability that the law does not allow to be limited, and it does not exclude responsibility for harm caused by willful misconduct. If a separate in-person training agreement is signed later, that agreement — not this page — governs the session.
